Comprising the strip out and refurbishment/structural alteration of four residential dwellings at 143 Harley Street whilst two levels within the building remained fully occupied.

It was of high importance to engage the Mechanical and Electrical services early on to carry out validations and establish the best method in keeping the occupied levels “live” whilst stripping out and installing new services on all other floors.

The finishes of the project are of a high specification including bespoke joinery within all bathrooms and kitchens with marble flooring and smoked timber flooring throughout each property.
