The works involved a CAT A refurbishment of the third floor office accommodation at 86 Jermyn Street. After the initial strip out of the relevant areas a complete open plan fit out was carried out with works including; New raised access floors, ceilings plaster and grid, complete M&E re-fit including lighting and refurbished VAV’s, plaster to all internal walls, new extensive glass panelling to the toilets and lift lobby, new mirrors, new carpet and tiling to toilets and common areas including stairs and the 4th floor, new decorations throughout, new door to external balcony, new glass balustrade, paving and border to balcony
