The refurbishment project involved the internal strip-out, structural alterations and reconfiguration of the 1st floor apartment of this existing mansion building.
Included within the works were alterations to the existing and new utility services. New external drainage was installed, together with new M&E services through-out the entire space.
External works consisted of the replacement of original timber framed sash windows and louvres together with minor aesthetic repairs to sills and brickworks.
A fully fitted bespoke kitchen included quality appliances, creating a comfortable kitchen dining area with architecturally designed fitted furniture, hardwood parquet flooring & specialist lighting throughout.
The en-suite, shower and bathroom areas have porcelain tiled walls and floors, mirrored vanity units and dual power heated towel rails. All bedrooms have bespoke fitted joinery to maximise living space and comfort.
The surrounding apartments within the mansion building were fully occupied during the works with site access being via a temporary access scaffold and material hoist.
