THE AMERICAN SCHOOL IN LONDON

The works comprised of the refurbishment of circa 800 sq mtrs of existing art and teaching rooms to fully serviced and modernised science laboratories, teaching areas and a model maker space within the Middle Orange Block of the main school building. The boldly coloured rubber floor finishes and wall mounted joinery panels contrast against the open soffits which have been spray coated with elastomeric paint.

The entire space is newly serviced with an independent air conditioned ventilation system, new smoke / heat detection a sophisticated PA System and new power, data and designer bespoke lighting throughout.

The project was performed during the normal school term and hence the site team having to closely liaise with the school representatives to ensure works were coordinated around key events including the exam timetable. Works were completed in July 2016, on programme and to an exceptionally high standard throughout.
