The works involved the refurbishment of the reception area including M&E services to the ground floor entrance and circulation areas.

We also installed a light wall to the entrance lobby and security barriers to reception.

The works were phased into three separate areas to minimise disruption to the occupied college. All works were completed within ten weeks.
