UCL TAVISTOCK SQUARE

The works comprised the alteration, adaptation and refurbishment of the basement, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors of the Grade II Listed building at 35 Tavistock Square to form the new Jill Dando Institute of Crime Science for our client, University College London.

The building was initially stripped back and made structurally safe with new steel support work to the ground and first floors followed by further refurbishment internally and externally including new slate, lead and asphalt roofs, new mechanical, electrical, audio visual and public health services along with all new internal finishes.
